YEP! Project

The project is funded by Erasmus +, the program of European Commission promoting the development of education in Europe, and is focused on training young entrepreneurs and startups to help long-term unemployed people and adults to become more entrepreneurial and develop the skills needed to set up a business. The training is focused on mentoring methodologies adapted to the experience of young entrepreneurs.

The initiative is unique and innovative in Europe since it is the first time intergenerational mentoring is happening between young entrepreneurs and adult people.

The project will last two years and in this first phase will explore training needs of young entrepreneurs to become mentors of adults and long-term unemployed people.
