Too late to start?

Mid-life crisis is defined as “a transition of identity and self-confidence that can occur in middle aged individuals”. The reasons for suffering from a crisis at this age vary depending on the personal characteristics of each individual. The most common reason is when you see yourself aging and there is not any challenging goal to pursue, or you rethink about past actions and realise that your career was not as successful as planned, and, therefore, there are many missteps you would change if you could go back in time, but now is too late.

However, this is not true, it is never too late. As every emotional crisis, the result just depends on the attitude one faces it. Someone can be always regretting the thigs that could have done when was younger, or just done them now. A great example of people who decide to become entrepreneurs in their middle thirties are showed in the picture form above. Most of them had no clue about how to be an entrepreneur, how to get financial aid or which steps should they follow, buy nowadays their firms have a real impact as a result of their commitment with their idea of project.

One of the major fears when being an entrepreneur in a certain age is not having the needed knowledge for developing a business. In order to overcome this problem, there are different programmes which aim is precisely this one, to help people without the skills, or who is not updated with the necessary information, but they desire to set up a new business and make real an idea. The Let’s guide project is a clear example of this.
